Shipping

We aim to process your order within three working days, although sometimes it may take longer. If this is the case we will contact you to inform you how long it will take to fulfill your order.

Shipping charges

For one item, we charge the following:

• UK: £2.75
• Europe: £3.75
• US: £3.90
• Other contries: £4.00

Additional items are charged at £0.50 per item.

All orders are charged in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT at 17.5% where applicable.

Returns

In the event that you receive goods that are damaged or defective, please return them to the address below within 28 days and we will replace them.

You may cancel any order within seven working days. If you have not received the goods, please email us to cancel the order. If you have received the goods, please return them to us and we will refund the purchase price.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
